Most teams don’t struggle because people aren’t capable.
They struggle because the way work is structured is unclear, inconsistent, or overly complicated.

Processes live in people’s heads.
Tools don’t quite match how work actually happens.
And even when something is documented… no one follows it.

That’s where I come in.

How I Think

I’ve always thought in systems.

I see work like a series of connected pieces, more like lego blocks and dominoes than isolated tasks.
When one piece is unclear or misaligned, everything downstream gets harder.

My job is to step back, see the full picture, and create structure that makes everything flow more smoothly.

My Background

I come from a mix of operations, systems design, and education.

Over the years, I’ve worked with teams of all sizes to:

simplify complex workflows
clean up messy systems
reduce manual work
and create structure that actually holds as things grow

While I’m known for tools like Airtable and ClickUp, what I really do is design how work function, those tools are just how we bring it to life.

I’m a process nerd, a systems thinker, and someone who genuinely enjoys making things more efficient (yes, I know… I’ve accepted it 😄).

I’m also a mom of two, a runner, a camper, and someone who has spent years figuring out how to create structure that works in real life, not just in theory.
